can't upgrade artifact

Hi. I have all the reagents to upgrade an artifact but the upgrade button is grayed out and the system says I'm missing some. See attached screenshot. Anyone else have this problem?

I am having the same exact problem, i have all reagents but can't upgrade my latern, from blue to purple.

in fact doesn't look like I can upgrade anything

close down the game and start it a new....

Restarting game doesn't always appear to help at all.
Me and my husband both have this problem upgrading enchantments and even rebooting hasn't helped.

I have the same problem. I was trying to upgrade a level 4 enchant to level 5 and it's insisting that I'm missing requirements although the enchantment is 2 over the requirement and I have 6 lesser marks of potency in my main bag (they do show up in the refinement slot, too). I also wanted to upgrade a level 5 enchantment to a level 6 and despite being 108 points over the requirement and having the potency and a coalescent ward, it still refuses to upgrade due to this mysterious missing requirement.

I have restarted the game several times on different days, sent the items to another character to try both through regular email as well as deposits into my shared back and still nothing works. I sent in a support ticket/bug report but haven't heard anything back yet.

try this several times until it works. there s nothing u can do if it wants to work it will work if not then... try again later

And don t use the coalescent ward use preservation coalescent wards from rank 8+ enchants and shards/Weapon enchant/Armor enchant.
