Zen store bug/robbery

Ok so i posted about 1.5mil worth of AD in the ZAX about 2 weeks ago diffrent amounts of AD for diffrent amounts of zen/zen price per unit. i come back after 2 weeks to find out i obtained 1k zen (which is about 500k ad) which was fine but i also got 433k AD back. i checked my listings and saw that all my AD was purchsed but i never recived the remaning zen or AD.
another thing that dumbfounded me was my char was feat/boons rested, i went back to the ZAX to try and get the screen shot for my lisitings and prove something was off but it was cleared? i dont get what happend and it pisses me off that all that wait was for nothing and im 500zen short for the race reroll if any GM/DEV could check my account or something and get me an answer because this seems like a bug and/or some kind of exploit its please help.
