Account compromised/hacked

I didn't want to post anything on this forum again... However, this time I am at a total loss. Someone went onto my account, and took everything I had. Hacked or whatever. I don't know. All the time and money I put into this game, and poof... Gone in seconds. I placed a ticket to Arc with two screen shots, and as soon as I seen my account was hacked, I changed the password. I never told anyone my password, nor did I ever let anyone on my account, except my nephew. ("Who didn't know the password and is too young to understand").

What should I do? T_T I have proof I was hacked.... I know the time frame of when it happened.... I just don't know what to do... Only thing I can think of is, to call Cyrptic studios and demand my money back and the account to be deleted.

Umm support should be able to roll back your characters. It will take a while and you may have to keep at it, but it should be possible. Take a deep breath and go to the support site.
