VERY Unhappy!!!

Hey whats going on. Can someone tell my why TF i cant buy anything from auction house!? It says I have reached my limit. Oh heres the funny part...I JUST LOGGED ON! This isnt the first time this <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> has happened. I want an explanation please.

    Have you just started playing recently and haven't got a level 60 character yet? if so then there is a thing in place that limits how much you can spend on the AH in a 24 hour period ,if you have got a lvl 60 character then you need to put in a bug report.

    my toon is Lv35. And i understand the whole lv60 thing. But my point is i have not used any AD. First time I have logged on in 3days. Also, I have bought items that was mroe than 150,000 AD before.
