    Most of the time in fantasy when someone makes a blood sacrifice to a demon they use an altar.

    the name is almost as "good" as the "nerf" on cw, or gwf fix :D

    Altar isnt as nice sounding as The Nine Hells, The Pit, Purgatory ...or anything else that implies pacts sacrifice or suffering. I am aware of Aztec uses of altars, but it still doesnt cut it really

    Yeah I agree I would of went with The cabal, Nine Hells, or Pugatory considering we are damned so to speak.

    Well again, "Damned" is not taking into account Fey, Vestige, Star, or Dark pact Locks.. and any others they may have added since I stopped really following 4E...

    ..that said, maybe its just my Barker fandom coming through but I dig "The Cabal"

    Poor choice IMO. My 'lock has no use for an Altar, no matter how dark it might be.

    Sorry about the surprise, it surprised me too. It seems the decision was already made, written in the fine print of that... infernal contract.

    Well its pretty set in stone that we are infernal pacted with Belial considering majority of abilities even those that are not a part of the paragon path. Going by what the developers said and the class quest that is woven in as well so yeah we are pretty damned.
