Can you mix and match these sets? ie could I do 2 and 2 or is there an issue with mixing them? How are the 4 piece bonuses on each set? Also can you put in a corrupt overload enchant into a piece of purified gear? I figure you can, but just wanted to make sure.

You can do 2/2. GFs especially do this to pump stats they have trouble finding on other gear.
The 4-pieces bonuses have an internal cooldown. Fairly lackluster compared to 4-piece bonuses on gear that's been around since launch, and yet not the worst if it's what you've got (bugged dungeon chests, but also... people who play solo can still make these sets for free). See also above re: players wearing 2/2 for more stats.
Overload enchant slots can take any overload enchantment. Different types of these will be introduced in Mod 4 as well.
Does anyone know what the icd on the 4 piece set bonuses for each armor?
150 seconds, purified is currently BIS for PVP CW (and will probably remain so in mod 4). If you want reasonable survivability on your CW, there's really no better option. Generally you don't want to 2/2 these sets like T2 PVE because their 2x set bonuses are essentially nothing (1% AP gain).
