Account corruption

For the last two weeks, my account on Neverwinter has become corrupted.. And what I mean by that is, my inventory is CONSTANTLY glitching, no longer can I purchase Zen... I tried everything I could to buy zen and it won't let me because it says I have not finished Blacklake on my acocunt, though I did twice. My mail delivery inworld is corrupted. If I log on using the Neverwinter Gateway, I see all my mail. But inworld many of my messages never appear or become "lost" permanently. Items in my inventory have disappeared for no reason. If I put a companion to idle, it won't appear in my companion idle list till I log off, and back on. The world map will lock certain regions for NO reason. Like how gauntlgrym is locked if not a member of a group. I have taken pictures, reported these bugs over and over and over. NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT TO FIX IT! I have reinstalled Neverwinter using the beta installer and the arc installer, neither did anything. Both were clean installs. I have proof I was able to purchase zen in the past. And now it won't let me. I have lost over 500K in Astro diamonds because of this, and have proof of it. None of the tickets I sent, were resolved.. None were fixed. And it seems no one will fix my account or care to even evaluate it. The last ticket I sent, they told me to actually write about my zen issue in the forums. I just want my account fixed! Nothing more. Why won't anyone at arc/perfectworld fix my account!?!??!!? Every time I send in a ticket, they either give me a moronic rebuttal stating they won't do anything. Or to ask someone else.... People would think they would WANT to fix someone's account that WANTS to spend money on their product.... From all the tickets I sent, don't seem arc/perfectworld/cryptic cares at all. Most of the issues I am having, don't effect gameplay to the degree where it becomes intolerable... Except for when I open a chest and it won't show me what is in the chest nor take items out of the chest unless I try opening it over 100 times... Or when items I use just poof from my inventory... Or losing Astro Diamonds because the mail system for my account is screwed up.... Or the other 20 things I reported about in the past. After losing some of my mail with bids I put on the auction house, stacks of 99 healing potions just going "POOF" into thin air within my inventory, areas on the map being locked for NO reason, and now I can't buy zen!?!?!??! Will someone actually just FIX MY ACCOUNT ALREADY!?!?!?!?!? If it is due to you people only caring to fix the issues with people who are putting in a lot of money to this game, I did purchase the dragonborn pack. Most likely, that will be glitched on my account too and won't work at all when it comes out as well. Please, someone fix my account??? =( It has nothing to do with the installation. I have done clean installs over and over and over. Won't fix anything. The actual account is screwed up. Reporting it in tickets so far has solved nothing... I just don't understand why Arc/perfectworld/cryptic would be so lazy, to not just fix my account already...

    Number One: Learn what paragraphs are and how they are used and why.

    Number Two: perhaps it's problem with the character itself. since you get two freebie character slots, do you experience the same thing on your second character?

    Number Three: regardless of your answer to number two, there really isn't anything else the community can do you help you, other than highly recommend you submit a support ticket if you haven't already.

    Number Four: Refer back to Number One and take it seriously. Really: learn how to use paragraphs. Your communication not only will look smarter and more mature, but actually be more readable by those who may even be able to help you.

    Number Five: if all of the above fails, perhaps it's a good idea to delete your characters (all of them) and try starting anew.

    Number Six: All of the above are just guidelines and recommended advice and they remain advice unless and until you act on any of them, at which time they become your decision.

    In other words, Wall of Text discouraged me from reading past 1st sentence (which i read together with the title on accident).

    I'm amazed at how many people post very long guides or other helpful information in a format so devoid of proper formatting.

    If you're going to invest that much time into posting to help the community, don't cripple your posts by avoiding simple things like punctuation, spacing, and spellcheck.
