I got banned

I got banend and didnt resive mail about my accunt being banned. How is that possible, i dont know why did they bann my account. Can someone help me plz (

Same thing happened to me. I did nothing wrong. I've invested a ton of money into this game. All thru the zen market. Nothing illegal. The email just said I violated their policy. Didn't say which one or anything specific. Also it said permanently banned. I'm furious. Trying to get an explanation via customer support and just getting a run around. Was told to email perfect world but they ban my email and won't even take my emails. It isn't fair, it's wrong because I did nothing wrong. Maybe I was hacked but wtf, communicate with your PAYING customers.

This is not an issue that can be handled via the forums, and discussing bans or administrative actions is also a violation of Rules of Conduct. Also, PWE does not "ban your email" unless you are attempting to contact them from an email which is not registered to that account--in which case you will only receive an email saying that account issues can only be discussed on the address which is specifically registered to that account and no other.
