Missing loot after killing a Dragon HE

Ok so i was killing the dragon in Whispering Caverns with 2 others and the dragon died just fine.
So i go to loot what i got for killing the dragon and i see i have gotten a Dragon Bone all good until i check my inventory and it is no where to be found.
I have checked all my bags/professions tab/currency tab all of it, This is the 2nd time this has happened to me.

On a side note has anyone gotten the Artifact belt yet ? just curious because i have killed well over 20 dragons solo so no mater how u put it im at the top for damage tanking and healing for that HE hence i should get a good reward right ?

Most of the time i get nothing but campaign items so is there something wrong with there loot table ? or do i just have some ridiculously bad luck.

    It could be that the loot tables for the HEs are not finalized yet, so all the rewards are not available yet. But that is only a guess about the loot tables.

    This is something that happened to a friend of mine as well, weirdly enough.

    well if it's anything like IWD HE's the outlook is not so good. id be prepared to do over 100+ encounters and still not get anything

    i have killed that many dragon encounters already i have gotten the Dragon slayer tital on preview that should show haw many i have killed and still no good drops so im almost sure it's loot table isn't finished
    also im using the SW to farm btw

    There was an issue with the Heroic Encounter rewards where items were showing up in the reward list but not actually being rewarded. This will be fixed in the next build.

    Has the build that fixed this been published yet? I just had this happen to me about 15 minutes ago after completing the "catching fire" event in Mount Hotenow. Heroic Encounter Reward showed up in the rewards panel for the event completion, and it never showed up in inventory

    If you have been doing heroic encounters in IWD/ToD, sometimes even with a different character, this will show up in your contest rewards as well. Or you might see rewards from multiple contest events you've done recently. You don't get double rewarded. It's a visual bug. It was actually fixed for a while but is broken again.
