Is it acceptable to PM mods to ask questions?

Pretty much what the title says - though I've been playing neverwinter for a while, I haven't really been on the forums at all, and I have a question I'd rather ask a mod. Can I PM someone, or should I just post it somewhere? And if I can, is there someone in particular I should PM?

. . . My handle in game is @zebular - you'd have to ask the rest for their handles, as I don't recall which of my other mods shared that info publicly.

The handles should be the same as their forum name in most cases, although I have heard old accounts had the option to make them different. (Or if they post on the forums using a different account then they play the game with for some reason.)

Any account made before the PWE/Cryptic merger has the option of differing handles. Even so, your forum handle may differ from your account name (as does mine with my other non-moderator account).

Aye, I had to sync my in game @handle so it would match my forum nickname.

In addition to what Lew said, Moderators also have the option to not moderate on their playing account's forum account, in effect allowing them to have just a forum account without any characters in game(s).
