Can't complete daily quests in Icewind Dale

Does anyone know why when i pick up the daily quest: "needless distractions" for example, i can't see and can't complete the objectives, same thing with "safe keeping" quest. I have 200 rep and dwarven valley no unlocked yet.

    any update on this? does unlocking dwarven valley fix it?

    I have seen affected players confirm that unlocking Dwarven Valley does fix it.

    you have to unlock dwarfen valley no matter what to be able to finish that mission after 200 rep
