Character Stats showing '0' even if the ability show a none zero value

Not sure why but I have a couple of stats showing zero yet my ability score says there should be something there. For example:
Control Bonus Stat shows '0' yet my WISDOM ability says it's 8%
Control Resist Stat shows '0' - WISDOM ability says it's 8%
Combat Advantage shows '0' - CHARISMA ability shows 1%

Also, I have a Formorian Bow with G.Soulforged/P.Vorpal AND a Fallen Dragon Bow with G.Soulforged/G.Plaguefire
If I switch bows, my Crit. Severity does NOT change.

I have been using Aspect of the Pack for Combat advantage but have not seen it activate in weeks.

And another, my Aimed Shot doesn't always fire and most of the time I hear it go twice with only one actual firing which causes a delay before I can use it again.

Has anyone else seen their abilities not working as they should?

When in PvP, if I die, when I stand up at the campfire, and try to mount my Heavy Howler, it won't mount first try and my character goes prone for 3-5 seconds.

Just some things I have noticed since MOD 3 release that is VERY annoying!

The effects from your stats (str, wis, etc.) aren't reflected in your character sheet, but are in effect. In particular, classes that get a "resistance ignored" effect from a stat have to add it to their armor penetration if attempting to ensure optimization.

Vorpal crit severity also works but is not reflected on the character sheet.

Aspect of the Pack, I'll have to test out. It was working well after undergoing some fixes for Mod 3.

Aimed Shot, I can't tell from your description if it's the usual problems with either having the cast interrupted externally or not being able to cancel it yourself and then having the action wasted because the target was killed while you were charging it up. Sounds like interruption, maybe.

The mounting delay was intentionally added for PvP balance reasons though the prone sounds wrong. It takes a noticeable amount of time for a mount to be accessible after exiting combat. This change is also present in PvE, and also affects actions like exiting a building, which I find annoying while trying to quest, honestly.

    Thx for the info!

-This makes sense once I looked at the resistance ignored stat.

-This one SHOULD be reflected in the char. sheet like other enchantments are.

Aspect of the Pack, I'll have to test out. It was working well after undergoing some fixes for Mod 3.

-I uses to see the little "Combat Advantage" shield popup on a regular basis but have not seen it once since MOD3

-This is definitely not an interrupt or enemy already killed scenario. I take the aimed shot, it completes but without me pressing the key to fire it again, it makes the sound that it IS gearing up to fire but never does and during that time I can't do much of anything regarding any other attack types. This has gotten me killed in PvP a few times now. Not as critical in PvE but still happens there as well.

-I agree this is most annoying. I was first thinking it was the mount but I tried some of my other mounts and yielded the same results.

One more I forgot to mention, Deflect no longer is showing the "Deflect Fist" so I'm not sure it is working as it should either. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this....
