Elk Tribe Noble's Horn Long Bow BOP

I got an elk Tribe Noble Horn Long Bow from The Remoraz and it say was BOE on the Heroic Enter counter page. When I looked in my inventory it said it was bop. I am Guardian Fighter and Have no use for this Item. Is this as intended?

Tooltips for Elk Tribe stuff have always indicated BoP when I get one, but they're also random.

Whether this is working as intended or not, we don't know, but they're only good for salvage unless you're lucky enough to get one for your class.
