cws can complete the 3 boon grinding within 1hour more or less
the problem arises with my other toons
and by that time I'm really really burn out!

i'm always worried with the day reset timer.

It looks like leveling up Warlock will be fun at least , lots of new quests plus Heroic encounters now spawn on the lower level maps xD

So if you are a casual player, you really don't need them. If you are a hardcore min-maxer, then you'd FIND time to get them.
The first few boons are easy to get. Those should take you a week of farming several minutes per day.
Another alternative is to buy some of the bounties in the auction house. At the end of the day, you gotta spend either in-game currency or time to get anything otherwise you shouldn't get that reward.
for 3 months I didn't know that you can get sparks and scrolls in that celestial coin trade. I only look at the C.Ward dropper chest
and didn't get 1 at all!

I'll echo that you can save up dailies and it will preserve your time and sanity.
Sharandar you can only save them for a max of 3 days before you'll run out of different quests, but you need relatively few trinkets compared to sparks so it doesn't really matter. Just try to keep count of how many things you need so that you'll have enough every time you've saved enough sparks for a new boon. Decline quests you don't like doing. Make sure you get your Reservoir in every week. Don't feel obligated to do it on Monday. If you skip some spark dailies, that's ok too. If you end up taking a few weeks longer to finish off the whole thing because you're mostly just doing the Reservoir, don't sweat it.
Dread Ring, you can save up a ton of dailies and do them all on the weekend. You'll miss a couple of repeats, but since they're only needed for scrips, you can compensate with bounty items or running the Dread Legion skirmish a bit (some people do this instead of dailies?). Run the lairs from Knox as much as you can, because the loot is decent. These really only take ten minutes or so each. Knox's weekly quest will finish itself from the lairs within 2-3 days so don't bother going and hunting down extra wizards unless you really want those scrolls that day. The random lair you're given on Friday can be run on the weekend instead and you will get a bonus mark from the chest, but you'll need to finish it before you can take that same one as your choice on Sat/Sun. No impediment to taking a different one.
IWD allows you to save dailies to an extent as well, but there are fewer of them so you'll run into more repeats. Again, you need a lot of coins to do everything, so it's ok to make choices about what to collect first and only do some stuff, not all of it at once. This is another area where you might as well decline the dailies that are annoying to do (the majority of the ones that unlock when your rep hits 20, for example). Make sure you get Biggrin's in before the weekly reset. Finishing your faction reputation quest is your other big priority. Unlock the "Need for Mead" instance from the Hook, Line and Sinker campaign tasks and you'll have an easy way to get most of the black ice you need. Get in on one heroic encounter in whichever area and you should be done your bare minimum for the day.
Some IWD dailies are easier to do on the same day as everyone else because other people will be clearing mobs from around the objectives (Strung Up, Picking Sides). Some are easier to do on days when they weren't offered because the objectives are not shared (Dwarf Stew, Atonement). I'd say you should only do quests in one area at a time, though you can collect for both and save them up.

If your wanting it to go faster, and you have the AD, you can buy the Thayan Antiquity item on the AH. These give you all you need to advance the boons too.
Sharandar: Your gated here. The first two boons are practically thrown at you. The rest require access to the third area which cannot be sped up any faster than it already is. Add in those sparks......Do the weekly Arcane Reservoir and on the 6th Invoke Day get the Cache of Sharandar treasure, both of these for the sparks.
IWD: gated by Rep. Even if you open boxes and get Reghed Relics (or buy them on the AH) you still gated by the Rep. You will spend 35 days here at the very least.
The only other tips I can give are: Break it up some. With 6 toons, split them up. Run three each day, switching them every other day.
Choose your main(s). That is find the characters your going to play the most and get those characters done first, then move on to the Alts.
Do different things with different characters, pick your "main" ones to bring forward faster and leave the ones you use less for another day. And do some stuff in between (skirmishes, DDs, events).
