Unfortunately, latency is not something that is usually within the immediate control of the company to resolve. Therefore, providing an estimate is impossible.

Here the fun part today, I try to open still waiting outside in loading screen saying " Server not respond " for like 50 second but no patching files, looking outside game for ping test and speed test look like the game not use internet at all then sudden the game load a bit of the bar in loading screen then back to "Server not respond " -.-, now load the picture and load a bit more of bar down there and look like 10% of bar still not loading and back to "Server not respond"

It IS kind of interesting that those massive issues with lag and rubberbanding only appeared after mod 3. All was fine until then but since that fateful day there has not been a single day without problems.
We're now at the point that people in our guild are rapidly losing interest because the most interesting dungeon (Castle Never), along with every other dungeon, is basically unplayable due to lag and rubberbanding.
There is no exception to this... Every single one of our members has those problems and it started with mod 3. I'm sure that Cryptic has nothing to do with this, it's all just a giant unfortunate misunderstanding that everything started lagging at the exact same time they applied a major patch to the game. :rolleyes:

I do believe these circular arguments have gone on long enough. As there is a sticky in place to address this very issue, I will refer posters to that sticky and close this down as it is no longer productive.
