Hi,

Anyone know what function the NPC Garrett Andreas will have (already has?) in the Protector's Enclave?

He can be found in the grassy bit behind the rewards vendor?

He gives you HR a reward for the quest "ranged/melee stance" at level 10.

ah, that'd be why i haven't spoken with him before. my HR was well past that stage before he appeared. Thanks

I would extrapolate that answer to "reward any character for tab skill tutorial quest at level 10".

That's weird, none of my new characters (CW, HR, GF) got any reward from him, except for the HR. I leveled them up around three weeks ago.

All my character hit 60 before the introduction of the tab skill tutorial, so I'm only acquainted with it from bugginess on the test shard.

I'll take your word for it then that this NPC's reward only applies to HRs.

(If this is what HRs get instead of a class quest, I have to say they really got cheated. I kid, but I am also serious.)
