Scrolls of Identification in Mod 3

Been a bit now in Mod 3 and as of yet seen not seen a single one on any drop tables. I just sell my blues to vendor but would be nice to ID them frist

    The fix is in the notes for this week's patch.

    Fey Blessing have the same problem. Both weren't working for mobs that were over level 60. I can really remember getting ID scrolls in dungeons and the same for FB drops. If not for revisiting Sharandar and DR for various reasons, I'd have run out of scrolls a long time ago.
