earn Zen function - account hacked

I used the earn Zen function but never downloaded anything or used one of my passwords. Any enchant and everything is gone around 25 mil ad all self farmed.

I guess theres no chance to get it back so I'll uninstall the game but I advice anyone not to use the earn Zen function.

If you were hacked, you can request an account rollback.

Sounds more like you didn't go to 'Earn Zen', but to some Third Party Site NOT directly linked by the Earn Zen System. According to our advertizing 'friends' that are very talkative in Zonechat, they sell pretty much everything, they would probably even sell your own PC to you once again if you clicked the 'right' button on their webpages. You might want to write a ticket and include the website you visited for 'Earn Zen' in said ticket.

Submit a support ticket. Explain (nicely) what happened from your perspective. Be patient (like a a few business days patient).

Forums can't help you, unfortunately. As for the "Earn Zen" links and whatnot? Not clicking that is a no-brainer for most. For those who do: I've never heard of any problems. If you were hacked then there is another source for the leak of information, or you simply were using a weak password (and there is a difference between just "hacking" an account an "hijacking" and account, the former rarely having their passwords changed).

Which, by the way, is the perfect opportunity to recommend: you should probably change your password.

If it was peanut labs, I would not be surprised one bit. I have had experience with them in the past, and being eager for zen overlooked it. My AV blocked 2 viruses and a trojan within 30 mins of trying to earn zen. Peanut Labs itself is sketchy at best, but a large portion of the offers they present are virus infested. As for their surveys, that is a total scam. I have yet to meet one person who managed to make it through the question period and be selected for an actual survey. All it actually is designed to do is get you to give a whole bunch of personal information, which is tied to your IP, and then they sell it off to data miners for mailing lists.

I submited a ticket but I don't think they will give me an account rollback. I used the earn zen function around half a year ago and had no problems but getting hacked now 1-2 days after using earn zen is suspect.

This happened to me about 2 months or so ago, my password wasn't changed and I didn't do any offers or anything. All my stuff (ad, enchantments etc) were gone. I was told nothing can be done about it and thanks for my understanding...I almost quit but decided to suck it up and recover all my things again.

edit: I quickly changed my associated email address and password for the account afterwards.

Assuming it was the free zen options is kind of a big assumption. Personally I've had 1 account hacked too. Make sure to contact support, in my case they weren't helpful at all. Luckily in the grand scheme of things it wasn't so bad, although they took over 1.5m worth of ad, zen and some event items (RIP fawns and frost mimics). They left some frost mimics and other stuff though. Despite my guild bank showing logs of them being removed, cryptic declined that my account was compromised. Maybe things will work out for you, it's certainly worth trying.

Also I've never used ad seller sites or other risky ****, I've used the free zen option here (only watching adverts) but on another account which was worth more.

This is a support matter. Unfortunately there is nothing at the forum level that can be done here.
