What is the deal with purchasing Zen and not knowing how much you're getting?

Okay so I'm about to purchase Zen but it doesn't even tell me how much I'm purchasing. The old system told you exactly how much you were paying for how much Zen.

So, to be blunt. How much is 30 Euros worth of Zen?

I guess it tells you after you enter your card information...which feels really strange doesn't it? With everything else we buy we know quantity and price before we commit to entering our information. TBH I stopped before entering my card info, I will wait until they change it.

Considering that $5 USD only gets 500 ZEN, you're actually getting a better deal than players in the states *envious*

FWIW, too, entering your information means jack; until you hit the "submit" button, it isn't sent to the payment processor. Therefore your objection would be slightly moot.

That would make sense if one Euro = one dollar, but it doesn't. Also, they pay VAT.

Just selected payment method and this showed up. Why after selecting payment method? It's called exchange rate and -in some cases- a service fee may be required, which will give you less zen for your money I suppose.

    Anyway, here's your answer TS.

How did u get euros as currency, mine always shows $,region is set to europe but i always get charged in $.
