    Guess the authentication server is down.
    Get this "Unable to authenticate:" message when I try to log in.

    Yea my launcher says 'Unable to Authenticate' whenever I put in my password... Yay... lol

    i had no trouble while i was already on (logged in over an hour ago), but when i logged out and tried to log back in just a few minutes ago i couldn't get past the authentication. Not sure what's up.

    same here, glad i checked the forum. i was afraid i got banned buying to much zen or sumtin (sarcasm.)

    Is there another way to check the server status, except for the old page? Which is now completely blocked out by a "we have moved to arc btw" window...

    I got second char to 60, gearing it up a such a grind I have second thoughts

    Phew I thought my PC was about to overheat and blow up. Glad it's the game and not at my end. O'well I guess I will see what it's like outside my room.

    Getting the same problem, no mention of anything official that I could find, however when I tested my log-in on the sword coast page I got "Neverwinter Gateway is currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later."

    How about some more information on the launcher or forum next time please :)

    you can just stop playing, don't have to get banned for that.
    go play some other game for a while then come back or something, if the game tires you out right now.

    Right now....giants are playing with all of our characters like action figures...........you don't want to know what you are wearing now. :eek:

    It would be nice if we could get an official response to what's going on, even if it's just "we're looking into it".

    I feel like I ask for this alot.

    I was in-game 20 minutes ago, but now getting same error message on attempts at re-connecting.

    i suspect they'll be in the office in 8min or so. It's not even 8am there yet.

    FWIW, i get the exact same error when attempting to log in CO and STO.

    Give them a chance to get to work - not quite 8 AM pacific atm. So in a few more minutes people should start arriving, look around, say "OMG! Trouble! and fix it.

    You guys still all having issues? I have been on the last half hour and it seems to be fixed.

    EDIT - Scratch that , I just tried to log back in and unable to authenticate O_o

    probably they mistakes something and neverwinter was affected too so we must just wait ...
