Celestial Coins Issue

OK so since mod3 i have issue with celestial coins on my main char. I tried to track the issue but heres as far as i got it:

Every day (i know exactly how its supposed to work and never had an issue past year, just to clarify) i get 1 CC and one AC. I made notes to be sure and tried seweral things out but, seems i again missed the point when the CC pool is reset for me again to zero.

So i log in, get the coins. As a possibility of being it unsaved i reloged (full relog, not char switch) and the pool was 1/7. Hours later again and again still 1/7. After update/maintenance time i log in again and still having 1/7 CC. Note to add, so far my iwd contract did not expired from yesterday (taking it into consideration). So i picked up all the IWD daily quests and started in IWP. Thats the point when i cant tell if i still had the coin or not, did not check the pool when picking the quests. During completing the quests and hitting the big black ice node encounter, my CC pool is zero again (0/7).

Cant rly say if this happens when i pick the main daily quest (from tt NPC) or its tied to time at which would the iwd contract expire if i was not online during that period of time (its supposed to be 12hr off as far as i remember).

So as i cant c a way of determining that the bug reports from in-game work, i write it here. And it is eighter tied to IWD campaign or to main char issue. Unless its intended (u know all the black ice burning my CC). No other char seems to have this issue (not camped at/playing IWD). Fortunately the gain from that coffer is not big deal and still have 3 alts for the poor coalescent ward chance.

so forget what i wrote...
after 3,5h i lost that one cion i invoked for again...am i missing something? unless there is an iwd quest/encounter which burns the cc i am pretty f-up

I noticed that, too. When doing Arcane Brotherhood quests, there is something that burns your Celestial Coins down to 0.

i waited specificaly for all the quests to be (pickin them and turning them) finished before invoking again (sry maybe did not express it right)...at 18:34 with all quests done and turned in i invoked, got the coin...then being off for a while, 21:02 still having 1/7...near 22:00 (all gmt+1 + daysaving time hah) my eyes went up at that screen corner and am at 0/7 again. TT so its not contract specific.

Hm, so maybe my 'I swore I had more coins than that..!' thought was in fact correct. I'll try to keep better watch on them for a bit, but I was pretty sure I lost a few for one of my characters. I ultimately decided that my ADD was confusing the issue and I must have redeemed them and not remembered properly. Now....maybe I'm less crazy than I thought!

ardent coins just to note seems to be ok;
ur "maybe and i swear" is kind of what brought my issue up and for that very reason i wrote notes down; (i barely can tell whats present whats past and whats a possible future...yes am living in a hell and eden at once XD)
still i feel down that i could not track the moment of cause;
(also hope my speech is understandable, no matter if its proper eng)

again tried to track it down, not much of luck (its **** hard to focus on few pixels all the time)...

today lost that coin during corrupted bears HE;
52 mins since invocation so it seems its not tied to time; did not die and did not proc SF;
noticed it during last phase of that encounter (still had it during preceding phase), it felt like that bear leader just punched it out of me;
what might happen is i left the HE map-marked area for a second before the leader appeared to pick up some drops;

anyway its like 10 seconds time frame i tracked it down to and therefore i am stopping as its quite annoyin to focus on it without possibility to repeat it till next day;

so its definitely tied to HEs in IWD, i suspect those with timers (mob x will appear in n seconds for example);
it resets the CC pool to zero (i especially avoided it for 3 days so lost 3 coins today during iwd dailies routine);
i did not pay much attention to it as for my in previous post reasons i mentioned;
sure there may be quite different/multiple reason/s why its happening;

what i want to know is eighter a notice of someone (dev) looking into it or knowing that its intended and what causes it specifically so i can avoid it (or take it as it is);

ps: yes i sent a bug report but as the ingame system is hardly working i cant update it nor track/check it (i think its ticket nr 2 496 358); also would like to know if there is reliable bug track system i can access for infos;

In another thread today, someone that has been having problems with their coins resetting said that force-verifying all files in the launcher options was helpful.

I guess if something in the timer tracking has been corrupted, it makes sense as a fix.
