Just want an estimate please. Normally I wouldn't care but I submitted a ticket for missing items and was instructed to update the ticket if I wanted to roll back, however they said I shouldn't play on the characters until after the rollback. Its been 28 hours now since I have updated the ticket and I really really want to play the game whether the roll back works or not and I haven't gotten a word.

. . . I'm sorry but there's no estimate the forum staff could give you. The forum staff and support staff are separate entities and we're not allowed to inquire about Support Tickets (privacy policy). Personal experience however, I usually get a response within 24-48 hours when I make Support Ticket.
