[UI Bug] I cant unlock Thayan Adept Technique. (Work-around in post 2)

I'm relatively new to the game so forgive me if I've overlooked something obvious here but can anyone see any reason why I should not be able to unlock the 3rd thayan boon? Do I need to do valindras or something?

Reset your HUD size to default. It's a visuable bug.

Thanks!! This has indeed fixed the problem while making me realize while I'm going to have to invest more time
