With the addition of mounts in the collection system, why the decision to make them count towards the main collection points rather than pet points or their own points? Like pets, mounts are mainly a zen store items while the rest of the things that you collect aren't.
Please explain the new black ice profession packs vs older profession packs.
This is a must , I'm surprised that they haven't issued a warning that the profession packs packs currently on sale will not drop any black ice profession assets or resources when module 3 is released , a lot of players who don't frequent the forum could and will probably get caught out by this.
there's already a mechanic in place to alleviate that. if the factions become unbalanced, one faction will simply stop hiring until it becomes balanced again.
[EDIT]While this can help assure equal numbers[EDIT]
but by merely using the amount of players numbers involved does not insure balance...
if Guilds like Uber Elite, PvP is Oxygen & E-Peen R Us take up most of one faction and the NPC shuts down that faction and only awards contracts for the other faction leaving the only choice for Guilds like Lame, Dead from the Neck Up & AFK...
how does that balance anything?
Since it would be Open World and NOT a Que... is there a mechanic that decides one side has too many 16k+ GS and then only allows that faction to sign up 10k or less till the other faction has an similar amount?
If not PvP will be more of a joke than it is right now and force even more players into an aspect of the game they do not want to play... hopefully rewards for PvP will be PvP only.
Obviously no one working on the game has paid attention to the Delzoun/Luskan factions?
Been looking forward to upgrading my Perfect Sarcasm font, but due to recent changes it seems I will need to grind the Nine Hells for my Pure Sarcasm font... ironic isn't it?

you still will have multiple instances in the new areas. per instance, if the numbers are imbalanced, the faction that has too many will stop signing new contracts. if you find you're in an instance with a high number of scary players, change instances. you may also have the option to switch factions although you may not be able to do that immediately.

It should be pointed out that it is on a character basis, not a guild basis for contracts. They are also temporary and will expire if you spend too much time out of game.
So unless the PvP guilds are constantly monitoring the faction sign-up npcs and have a huge supply of back-up characters, I doubt they will be able to lockdown one faction in Icewind Dale.
Well hopefully they put some effort into BALANCING other than just total amount per side.
Otherwise if certain loot/resources can only be obtained from the PvP play...
if you have diehard PvP guilds lining all up on one side [in which they can choose either side to do so with what would seem less penalty than Delzoun/Luskan switch] a whole new have vs. have not line will be drawn in the ensuing daily gankfests to come.
It would be much easier to organize pro-PvP players to run one side than attempt to organize casual/non-PvP players to do anything.
Guess we'll see...

It isn't new. You get it the same way you get the imp and the ioun stone from foundry. Completing foundry achievements.
Wow I never noticed that before , I knew about that stone and imp though , there was me thinking they might add a super rare drop to foundries to try to get people to play them xD

I don't think it is in their interest to discuss this new pack in detail until the module comes really really close.
I am dying to hear what is inside of it too though

this is per the information that was provided. oddly enough, it's the official feedback thread with the least amount of feedback.

What is to prevent a guild and/or friends from stat padding for PvP campaign?
I have already seen this on this preview.
