...How can my "luck" be THAT bad?

I'm going to write this because I'm genuinely kind of upset and frustrated right now. Honestly, I don't understand why I never, EVER get the companions from the CTA events. EVER. I've done hundreds of runs on multiple characters through multiple CTAs, and I literally just get the same garbage rank 3 enchants and dye packs…
