Purchased Zen - it was credited to wrong account

I have two accounts. I was logged into the correct account in ARC when I purchased it. Any recourse to get it credited to the correct account?

. . . You'll need to contact Support. There's nothing we can do on the forums to provide support for Account, Billing, or Technical issues. Just don't transfer it into your Neverwinter game until you hear back from them, as it may become unrecoverable once you do.
