Are you guys able to connect?

The title says it all..

I am not able to connect, from Brazil, but the system says servers are up...

I was having terrible bending and now this.

    Blame Verizon for throttling Neverwinter, Wow, WoT, Netflix, etc. What they have been doing is now against the law in Europe. But Verizon is in the USA.

    . . . If you have Verizon, I would contact them and complain and if they don't listen, look to see what can be done legally (congress, etc.). That's the only way things will change in the U.S. and other countries, as they did across Europe recently.
