Email never arrived with a Perfect Vorpal, HELP!!!!

I sent a perfect vorpal to my new char to lvl him a lil bit faster, then i sent it back to my main char and the email never arrived, so my Perfect Vorpal is gone. Im 100% sure it was the right Ingamename+Handle. Also sent 6 other mails (with items) and only 5 arrived.

Having that Perfect Vorpal costed me 2 month of playing non stop. I sent 2 ingame Tickets (last night and today) with detailed information but no1 answered me.

I am the guildmaster of a 500 member guild and 1 of my officers accidently deleted his Lanter of revelations and the Support told him that there was nothing they could do so i sold a few items i had and bought 1 and gave it to him cos it seemed unfair but No1 is going to give me a Perfect Vorpal (6 million AD) so i beg u to do something.
The devs took the time to investigate the ppl that were involved in the Ioun stone of radiance glitch, pls take the time to help me.
I copied my character to the Test Server last night before that, so u can check that i had a Perfect Vorpal.
I am a regular buyer of Zen and also bought all the packs, including the u$s200 one. All these can be verified by you.

So I ask u please, help a productive and contributive member of ur community that is incharge of 500 Guildmembers to keep beliveing in Neverwinter.

Unfortunatly no one on the forum can answer that request, just wait for the support and explain exactly what happened, how and when. I transfer my vorpal between 4 of my character every day and never had any problem. A trick to make sure you got the good @handle is not to make any name before the @handle. You should then see the name of all your character apears in green if all your character are in the same guild..

I am extremely reluctant to use the mail system to transfer anything valuable because of stories like this and Zokir's (see other thread), and because it is possible for a couple of bugs to cause messages to be deleted unintentionally.

It works probably 99.9% of the time, but that 0.1% when it doesn't really hurts.

While I am sure that the main portion of incidents like this are due to human error, I can confirm that I also have lost items mailing from one character to another of my characters, in a reply to an existing email.

Although it is extremely rare, it does happen. In NW, the items I lost were common, kits and potions garbage. So I just shrugged and moved on.

It happened to me once in StarTrek Online too, it was a starter kit for new characters, that I had just then bought with purchased Zen. I beg and pleaded, and support was kind enough to give me credit in that instance. They told me they could not help me, but I cried some more and they helped me anyway.
