I'm in Australia and been having the same login issues as everyone else here for several hours .. both Neverwinter and STO are not working for me. I'm surprised more people are not complaining - especially from AU

tough weeks for cryptic isnt it? last 2 weeks have been ridiculous.
explanations of what happened and whats being done to prevent same issues i the futue would be greatly appreciated. but i doubt will see the day

Kinda hard for Cryptic to prevent an issue that wasn't theirs to prevent in the first place. It was said twice over that it was a regional ISP issue, nowhere NEAR Cryptic's servers.

And that does NOT mean "either your ISP or Cryptic's ISP". Internet traffic has to travel along infrastructure owned and controlled by SEVERAL regional ISPs. Any one of those could have been having a routing issue.

I'm also for Aus, and I finally got in the game for about an hour, now it keeps losing connection to the server in-game...

Make sure on demand patching is turned off. To check this start up your launcher and got to settings in the top right. If there is a check mark in the box next to on demand patching then un-check that box then restart your launcher, you will have a 5 GB download to do as that is the rest of the game.

I'm pretty sure that's the only way bearable for aussies to play, otherwise we lag like horrible..

Does disabling on demand patching minimize lag issues?

New Zealand calling, and I too am unable to re-enter the game.

    Hello all
I'm here in Cleveland Heights, Ohio in the US and I'm getting an error message every time I try to log in. It's been going on for nearly a month and a half for me now, and the morons at ARC and PWE have not yet provided me with any help. Here's the error msg:

There was an error loading the login page. Please restart the launcher and try again.
Error -130 when loading url /launcher_login

I'd like to know if any of you know what this is about? The problem you posted on this thread seemed, well, at least similar.
