can anyone give me some tips on killing this guy. I got all epic gear, a score of 10,132 and I breeze thru the dungeon and then I cannot seem to kill this guy. I'm a rogue. I get him to over half dead and then the adds just fill the room with red circles and columns of attack and boom I'm dead.

When he goes invincible, stop attacking him and go right for the adds. Use smoke bomb to temporarily daze them, and take out the Powries and Witherers right away. Then take out the Thorns and Giantsouls. Something like Bait & Switch can also help give you more time in stealth so you can finish them off in safety.

Make sure that you avoid those Red Circles from the Floor (perfect red circles), the ones from the Walls (essentially the same as the Column Attack used by the Thorns), and the assorted Column and Circle Attacks from the Thorns and Giantsouls. As a Rogue, if these things stun, daze, knock, or otherwise Impair you, you will be in a world of hurt. Concentrate your firepower first on the Powries to keep them from draining your A.P. (unless you don't have any left, then just ignore the Powries). After that hit the Thorns. They drop relatively quickly. Save the Giantsoul for last (just make sure that you stay the *&#^$ away from his whirlwind attack). If Nailbiter drops his shields, finish the Adds BEFORE you engage him to avoid having more adds spawn before you are ready for them.

Only other thing I'd add is if a powrie gets you focused with the AP-draining skill (line connecting to you, high-pitched noise) and you cannot be confident of killing/interrupting it before it connects, or if you're focused by multiple powries, just use a daily, even if it's not the exact perfect moment. Also, entering stealth will cause them to lose that attack focus.
You can try to lure some of the adds off to the side to reduce the unending sea of red factor.

I always try to take out the Witherers first, because they can heal any of their allies back to full - the last thing I want to do is to lose any progress I've made toward defeating an enemy.

stay in the middle of the room, as much as possible, that will avoid the wall attacks..
definitely kill the adds fast. and like all Sharandar, kill the witherers and powries first.
also chug one of those 20% dmg potions, everything in that fight is one of that type, even the boss.
I've always found this boss straight forward just burn and when he makes his cocoon kill some adds I guess. Don't forget to avoid red circles.
Of all things you should not have any trouble with the gnarl root boss. Or any of the campaign monsters. I haven't tried this on a rogue yet but bait and switch + shadow strike + lurker's assult daily + tenacious concealment feature (maximizing stealth) should let you kill him without taking much damage.
I would either go perma stealth on him, or use Path of Blades and Smoke Bomb. Blood Bath works well, I kill powries before witherers because they die too quickly for witherers to heal them.
