Does anyone know if an augmentation companion counts as an ally for the purpose of getting combat advantage from Aspect of Pack (Hunter Ranger feat) ?

No, it doesn't, as they don't attack.

Thanks. I thought they didn't count, but I never knew they had to attack in order to be considered as an ally :(

Not strictly true, as you can get combat advantage from having a fawn, and they don't attack either. Perhaps it's more accurate to say you can't get combat advantage from an augment as they can't be targetted with an attack.

They are probably considered Allies even if they don't attack, but don't get combat advantage because they don't attack. Augments are limited to what they can pass back on to you, combat advantage, healing from Tranquil, Serene Runestone/Enchant. Same with Empower runestone.
