my ARC looks just like yours does. all of my redeemed keys in ARC have N/A in those fields so there's no way for me to actually tell what key is what.
when i go in-game to the reward claims agent, my promo tab looks like this:
if you are sure you have entered the code and you do not see the promo items at the reward claims agent, submit a support ticket so they can investigate the issue.
ok im not seeing where to get the codes. bc everytime i try to go to the NWN site it ships me back here.
can someone just copy and paste the link
Open up Arc Client, copy the code from the news articles under Neverwinter, then click on your username on the top right of the Arc Client, select Redeem Key. Enter the key.
iambecks1 posted links to the two articles. You need to redeem them through the Arc Client's redeem key option, not the web site's old structure.

. . . Make sure you're left-clicking, not right-clicking. When you single left click your display name on the top left of the main Arc Window (after logged in), three options will drop down. Redeem Key is the middle option.

. . . Make sure you're redeeming them through the Arc Client and not the old Web site redeem key page and make sure you're not adding spaces before or after when pasting. If you still have issues, please do as it says and contact Support.

Given the fact that recently, payments from Steam are being excluded from 'Promotions', I'd expect them to pull Steam support in the future to begin with.
i had redeemed the 2 codes that you copy in this thread and another one, but for any of them i have this situation on arc launcher
and in game this situation

If you were trying to soon it may not have applied and updated the systems fully yet. It may also be worthwhile logging out and back in again if you've not logged out in the meantime in case that helps.

The redeem feature has been moved to the top left hand corner.
Click on the icon in the top left and you get the drop down tab.

after 5 days they answer me that the gift pack was received and reclaimed the 14 of august and i cant redeem 2 times the same key....
what the ****??? i know i cant redeem 2 times the same key but the problem was that yes i redeem the pack but i didnt receive it!!!!
