I have accumulated a slew of bounty and seals of the lion and not sure what to do with them. The rewards from the bounties (that I have tried so far) sell for less then the ID scroll cost on the AH. The seal of the lion rewards bind on pick up. What do people do with these things? Is there some way to buy the other seals with the seals of the lion?
I don't know if it's still viable, but I used to sell bounty markers on the AH. Depending on the market, I could usually get 1-5 AD per marker. Not a lot but it get them out of your inventory. Otherwise your options are to trade in 10 for the treasure cache. Sometimes you can get special items from the local lair and dungeon bosses. This is a mixed bag though as some of those are BOP. On some of the higher level maps, you may be able to get items people want for transmuting and will fetch a good price on the AH. Otherwise, just vendor the item unidentified. Finally, you can trade in 20 markers for seals. Do that until you have enough seals to buy stuff from the vendor, and then sell those for gold. With a little farming, you can get rid of all of the seals. There isn't any way to trade lower level seals for higher level though. The unicorn and drake seals can be traded to the seal vendor and the resulting items can be salvaged. Rings are the most efficient thing to buy for AD yield, though with Drakes you can get a wererat thief companion.

Thanks Pitshade, your reply is exactly the info I was looking for. My hope was that I could trade up the seals and get closer to the wererat companion. Since that is not possible, I will just turn these into a few coppers and AD.

All seals are bound. You can only sell the bounties.

If you want the wererat, the best thing to do is just find a group to farm PK. You can make decent AD doing it, get vorpal shards and Drake seals. Contrary to popular opinion, it's still a T2.

If you create alts, you can mail them your accumulated bounty items so that they can buy seal gear as soon as they can equip it and actually get some use out of it.
