Not completely sure when this occures but I can confirm that:
* When you're on the "Slay Fulminorax" quest
* Enter the dungeon from the que
You will spawn at a campfire inside the Malabog's Castle and the quest-path will lead you towards a nearby door that you can't go through. You're supposed to walk towards the south-eastern corner of the map as intended while progressing through the dungeon, but the quest-path misleads you if you've progress to far already and just entered the dungeon.
People tends to believe the dungeon is bugged and leaves the party when they interact with this issue. This is very frequent since people leave at Fulminorax and new people ultimately enters.
