Are Defend the Temple and Ebon Downs Complete achievements retroactive? I have char at 39 and I'm reluctant to lvl up because I don't want to wait for call to arms event for skirmish achievement. Anyone can check it?
Even with Strength and Damage bonuses it still does more than 15% of power (+bonuses) over 5 seconds.
Primarily because 15% over 5 seconds = 3% per second, not 15% every second
Also, the fact that it does different damage based on which attack it originated from suggests there's there is something else wrong as well.
1 - If the feat now takes into account other bonus damage is obvious that it will be more than 3 % of the old bonus , no? And between us, is currently more than 15 % per second ( you must have heard about the "bad" gwf from people who also do not know him , which , for good or for evil, not wonder ) .
2 - is said " other bonus damage " , which is specified here? Nothing . But it seems to me appropriate that shot a cannon causes more bleeding than a scratch , no? Therefore, a ibs cause more damage than a sure strike . The strange thing is that the lowest bleed defeat the greatest , but gave something that had not gwf : logistics. The challenge in pve , is to keep values high bleed . I would like something more strategic , but it's a nice start .
3 - I'm impressed how people who have never called for the uselessness of the old destroyer are so concerned with the feat , given that :
PVP : We have no defense bonus of sentinel , dodge , stealth , control distance or critical chance (which is absurd ) . Gwf / Destroyer is the most helpless character in the game for pvp (yes , you read that right ) . The only advantage we have is a feat that supposedly lowers the countdown takedown by 25% , but this feat reduces MUCH LESS than you should .
PVE : even this feat was not able to break , in general , the hegemony of the 3 cw party, then what is the point ?

The last time this was fixed, the achievement was retroactive. Achievement fixes should always be retroactive, as the game does retain a record of you doing the things that are supposed to trigger them, and the fixes are to correct broken triggers.
That said, this particular skirmish CTA is scheduled for February.

My main is a Swordmaster GWF and I don't mind if the feat gets fixed to what it should do. GWFs deal too much damage from Deep Gash right now, which benefits Sentinels more than Destroyers. To address PvE balance, Destroyer/Instigator tree tier 3/4/5 feats need buffs instead, not Tier 1.
Also, Improved Reaction and Battle Trample's positions on the GWF Iron Vanguard tree need to be swapped. It makes no sense for the DPS tree to have a feat boosting a Tank tree feature they would never use and give the Tank tree a DPS/utility feat.

ok, change deep gash / the skill of critical instigator (I do not know the name) in place. solved the problem.
each tree is protected within what is supposed to do. what I know is that module 1, at the discretion of the destroyer "" The Destroyer is a torrent of unfettered rage and anger que deals a crushing amount of damage on the foe is Likely to Survive. "was a joke, and I'm no longer willing to play a game in which only one class can do what it is supposed to.
