SCA bug, stuck in Defeated!

Hi, i can't get out from the defeated screen.

I've tried to refresh (F5), relog, other browsers and even clicking between different tasks (inv, prof, etc.)

Is there anyway to get out from this?

And when i click OK i only get this everytime and get disconnected/outlogged:
