I joined today pvp Domination match lvl 60. We met a player from the opposite team, that was making 30-40K hit and abolutely 1-shot our entire team 8-9 times in a row. When i gear up nicely my char in late game will i still receive such dmg, will i still be 1-shoted by other players, i'm DC ? My question is there just OP clasaes, or is my gear just too low.
PS: He hit me 37K and 32K dmg most of the time, his lowest hit was 27K, i'm 5K gear score atm.

Wow, 5k GS? Yeah, that's normal.
Both my CW and GWF are 16k GS. There's a lot you need... T2 Armor, a nice weapon set, (at least) Grand Rings, Rank 6+ enchantments.
Give yourself time. You'll get there. And by the way, there are some tanky, tanky DCs out there that take forever to kill. Check the DC Class forum and hunt around.

They'll still hit hard, but your gs is so low that anyone that's played a minimal amount of time will kill you without you doing anything. Go buy some level 60 blue items from the ah. They're only 100ad or so a peice, and you should have made plenty of ad leveling to buy this. People consider 9kgs as cannon fodder in pvp 5k is just too low to bother going in atm.
are u running full troll build or 2 piece troll two greens
Unfortunately, that "troll" you are speaking of, is the reality and the majority.
5k GS is admittedly about the lowest I've ever heard of, but most people are at around 6~7k GS when they reach lv60, if they've only faithfully followed the quest line. If they learn to shop in the auctionhouse, they'd acquire cost-effective cheap blues and maybe get to 8~9k.
Stop making excuses. Be a man. If you know something to be broken, stop using it. Otherwise, you've got no right to be speaking of 'balance.'
I assume you'll be able to mitigate some of that damage as you gear up. At 5K you may as well be naked. My CW still gets hit that hard, but my GWF doesn't. Well geared and well played DCs can be very hard for most to kill.
5k gs is just too low even for lvl 50-59 pvp bracket.
In the current lvl 60 pvp, the minimum gs for not to be 1 shot by majority is 10k. Of course, stats, enchantments, and skills setup are much more important. There are many skills and builds just do not work in pvp at all.
If you really want to pvp, look up for pvp guides and builds to have ideas for optimal stats and gears. Then you should start working on gears and stat distribution, starting with lvl 60 blue gears in Auction house (they are dirt cheap).
Otherwise, just stay away from pvp as much as possible, it would bring more frustrating than fun.
You say 4v5 is impossible? Cool story bro.

If I can give you one piece of advice it is: don't go into PvP if you have less than 10K gs, unless you like to be smashed and 1-hit killed all the time. Either buy some decent stuff on the AH or play a lot of PvE until you have some better gear.
I don't think I've ever had 5k GS after I hit 40 on any toon : / ... not sure how that's even possible if you at least sort through your greens ever so often.
If you don't upgrade your gear you can do it.. no enchants.. no pets.. no artifacts. I mean, yeah, for most who have time in game, it's hard to fathom, but it is completely possible.
I generally at the 10s, after lvl 20, go to the AH and pick up blues for that level, so 20, 30, 40, 50. This lasts me pretty much the full level range until I get up to 60, then it's cheap blues to start the fighting for boons etc.

My cw had around 2-3k gs when he hit 60. Of course i hadn't upgraded a single piece of gear since hitting level 20, getting the shield spell, and started running gunba foundry before foundries got nerfed.
Forget artifacts or companions, you have to still be wearing 30's greens to only have 5k gs.

That's somewhat accurate. I have one TR who hit level 58 last night from mostly invoking and leadership. Totting up her stats from Gateway, I get 5237. She has Mulhorand items because they were dirt cheap and then I wouldn't have to worry about all her stuff being stupidly outdated, but other items range from level 20 (green ring) to 55 (blue shirt); most of her gear is in the 30s range. She's also sporting a couple of rank 5 enchantments I've been feeding out of her leadership boxes, and has a green artifact.
I think level 60 is just too broad of a range. My Rogue character just finished Mt. Hotenow and is level 60 with GS of about 9,200, almost all epic gear purchased from the Auction House, and both weapon and armor enchantments. I get killed in PVP in 1-3 hits, not enough time for me to do much damage. I also get disabled and can't move or do anything at all. It's a waste of time, really, for me to PVP at this point.

If they are sub 9k gs and they walk in to PVP then get stomp it is their fault.
You don't send your trooper to the battlefield with just 1 hand grenade, and I am sorry this game has no paintball mode. It is all brutal when comes to PVP.
My DC was one shot today with a 13.8 gear score including a greater barkshield and (spec'd in dexterity and all defensive feats and boons).
So gearing up will not necessarily save you! You will still need good situational awareness and a good team to be victorious.
Well, my DC has also 13.8K GS, but I've never been one shot killed with full health. Perhaps I never fought a 15K perfect Vorpal TR, but I think you may have speced too little defense. For instance, I have zero deflection and 2.6K defense which accounts for 36% damage resistance (the numbers may be a little incorrect because the gateway is down, but you can have the idea).
Bottom line for toons wearing light armor is that you need to be able to survive those first few hits and until you have the gear to do that you will need to bring a companion along with a mop bucket to clean up whatever is left of you when the big dogs are done playing.

Except that these are not soldiers under orders. These people are part of the game community who wants to enjoy PvP as well. Many of them think of running PvP matches to save up on glory to get their first real Epic grade gear, and frankly this is the normal path how a game that features PvP should be played. It used to be this way in almost every other MMOG out there.
Something is plain wrong when you have to be armed to l33T levels to enjoy a content. Its like people demanding you have 15k gear in the first place to enter the party to run Epic dungeons -- except people want to go to Epic dungeons to get gear in the first place. Geez, seriously? What's up with that?
No. It is the responsibility for the developers to lay down a gear-progression path that does not make people suffer too heavily, both in PvP and PvE. This has nothing to do with how people are lazy or stupid or inept or whatever kind of insult you can think of for them not having good gear. The truth is, those people need to continuously pump into PvP to keep the PvP going.
When people realize that they will need to suffer brutal amount of punishment for weeks, or maybe months, until they crawl over the 12k GS mark, and the only alternative being:
(1) play this game 10 hours a day with the stupid repetitive AD-hording content to be able to buy gear from AH fast
(2) hope you land up in a very active guild with very active veterans who will tolerate your existence and take you to Epic dungeons
(3) simply pay 50~100 bucks up front to get basic gear sufficient for an enjoyable PvP experience.
...how many do you think will decide to return to PvP? When you start and start faulting people for not having gear, and tell them to stay away if they don't have good gear, then that's the point where PvP dies in that game. Seen this happening to so many games that had potential, and yet the developers were slow to respond to the problems. In PvP, once the new folk experience that the balance is off, and the only thing they will get is endless ganks and one-shot deaths, they call it quits and never return. Never again.
When that happens, in maybe one~two years time, who do you think will be left to play with?
