Anyone know of a website, wiki, database, etc. with the list of all epic items (gear, sets, etc.)?

It's not complete, and not 100% accurate on whether some of the odd items are T1 or T2, but it's an ok start

another resource would be http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Neverwinter_Wiki though you'll need to go the class you are looking for.

Also, CTRL + J in game will open the collections window. You will only see gear for your char, but it will also provide you details on where it can be found.

The collections screen won't give info on the 'offbrand' epics though, like Sharpened Ice Axe or the Burning Shard, which are good for fresh 60s as they have a higher base damage than T1 weapons. It also doesn't list items good for transmutation like the Illithid Robes or the Lizardfolk mask.

Heroic duelist sword is good enough. By the time you hit 60 you should have done enough PVP dailies to afford a sword.

+5 berserker blue swords are also dirt cheap on AH.

    CTRL+J in game.

A fanstite called neverwinter-online.com has a complete and searchable item database, from whites to purples. I'm not sure how up to date it is but it's come in handy many times for me.
