XMPP/Jabber Chat Server - Out of Game Chat Registration Required Issue

Up until a couple of days ago I was able to access guild chat in neverwinter from my IM Client outside of game using Jabber/XMPP, now I get an error saying registration required, does anyone know the cause or if they changed the name of the server and how to fix it?

    If you dropped Gold on STO or CO that is why.
    otherwise if you log in with an email address it may need some formatting info on that is on the gamepedia wiki

    of course right now XMPP is down for all 3 games

    The issue with not being able to connect with XMPP has been fixed now.

    So if you can't connect now it is because you aren't subscribing to either CO or STO.

    Yay! Yeah they are always quick at getting XMPP working again I just wish theyd give NW only players a way to access it such as being able to BUY VIP status, or give access via 60$ packs. even a Chat/vip Subscription might work. Also if they roll VIP into it more people might use vip room....maybe.....hope hope.

    I still have the same issue, can't use the guild chats or access them, neither can I in sto! Not sure why I have lifetime sub gold membership in sto.
