Ripped off by seal merchant

Has anyone ever been ripped off by a seal merchant? I opted to purchase a level appropriate weaapon for 20 manticore seals, andd recieved greaves instead....wtf! Granted, I was only deducted 12 seals, the cost of the greaves. However, I had been planning and saving for the weapon several levels before I could use it. Other than a rant, I am curious if anyone else has been ripped off like this before?

Yup. There's a problem with NPC shops in that they sometimes sell you the wrong item.

Being careful doesn't help, either. The GG NPC shop sold me gloves instead of a helmet, even though I was super careful about what I was buying.

Not by the seals merchant but by the store that does celestial coins...

sometimes if you just scroll over and double click the coffer it will ask you if you want to but the coffer buy will instead give a party popper and take one of your coins

Yes that has happened to me too :(

Not recently though. Then again in Module 2, the poppers might be more valuable than the coffers anyway......

. . . . . . There is a light selection outline on items in the NPC shops. In the Celestial Coin store the very first item is always selected when first opening the Shop window. What happens is people are clicking too fast, not paying attention to what is still selected in the store windows. Always double-check to make sure that what you want to buy is selected first a before proceeding to double-click or spam the buy button, for if you click too fast, the first double-click will register as a purchase of the selected item and the second double-click will then register as a change in item selection, resulting in a purchase of the originally selected item followed by the selection of the desired item.

. . . . . . Closing this down as there is nothing Forum Staff can do, you will need to contact Support if you wish to file an issue.
