ok am a level 27 tr ..and usually when i stealth and lashing blade for about 2000-3000 crit damage and when i am in a stealth mode i activate lurker assault to maximize my damage and when i use lashing blade ..i only hit for 1400 crit lol ??can someone tell me what is going on is this a bug or what ?

It means that it wasn't that Lurker's Assault made your Lashing Blade hit for less, but that whatever you attacked probably had high deflection or damage resistance.
But it's hard to say because you didn't say what you were fighting.
Was in a pvp match 21-29..ok there are something else i would like to ask..i am still lvl27 at but i saw someone can crit 4000 in pvp..why? Is it brcause hr had more crit strike? And alsi im a hafling at end game i would like to have at least 35% deflection and i want to crit at least 20k and above..can anyone teach me how

It could be alot of reasons why they crit that much.
the skill, defense of victim, thier crit severity, thier weapon.

You were hit by Aimed Shot. It's a high damage at-will that requires 2 seconds to charge and can be easily interrupted if you attack the HR during the charging sequence.

Yes. If the hit was a crit, then you dont need to account the critical strike or not. Crit severity is what makes how hard the critical strike actually hits.
