I'm missing all my AD and gold, been that way for over a week now. They marked my ticket as solved for the second time. Here is what they said:

In other words, if your gold/AD disappears due to a game bug/database error which is THEIR fault, then they won't restore it.
What the **** is this logic. I'm so ****ing pissed that all my gold and AD just go poof one day and the only thing they actually do to help me is post my account access logs. And no, I did not spend all my AD and gold. I would know if I spent 613,567 (something around that) AD (now I have 0) and 74(ish) gold (also is 0).
It's just a matter of time before this happens to others. (And if I continue playing, it'll eventually happen to me again)

Sending you the access logs allows you to review them for times when your account was accessed when you know you weren't playing.
