Refine Enchanment not working

Yesterday I was able to upgrade enchantments while they were attached to an item. Specifically, I had a Dark Enchanment Rank 3 attached to my armor. I was able to refine it while it was attached to my armor. Today when I try that, the Refine screen comes up but the "Item to Refine" is empty.
Anyone else notice this?
Is it no longer possible to refine an enchantment while it's still attached to a piece of equipment?

    For pete's sake, why are you posting this here instead of in the bug forum where everyone else is posting about it?

    Because
    1 - Didn't know if it was a Bug or a "Feature" and
    2- The description of this forum is "A place for introductions, help . . ."
    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction (even if rudely).

    Sorry, it's just nice if people take a few minutes to check the bug reports first when they think something might be a bug. When the same questions get asked over and over again, even people who normally like to help get tired.
