Character missing

After merging my PWE account with Cryptic so I could get my Champions Online character back, my Neverwinter lvl 60 Rogue disappeared from my account. I contacted support 3 days ago, and I still did not hear a single word. Last time I needed help they answered in 2-3 hours, so my only guess is they are ignoring my request. I just want my character back.

    They are not ignoring your request.

    They're probably fecking swamped considering how many issues there have been with this module launch. Give it at least a week, I'd say. At least.

    Nobody on the forums can help you anyway.

    Ah, HAMSTER, I totally forgot that new module launched this week.
