Gateway -- Professional Assets Missing

I've seen people complain about this on occasion and this is the first time I've suffered the same. Apologies if there was still a not-necro version of this topic available for me to post to, a mod can move it and I won't have hurt feelings ;)

Anyway. On one of my characters, Faereni, I have only 6 slots open for use. This gives me a very simple grid to work by, with working three professions at a time, two slots each. It's been working great for months, till today when I collected my Artificing tasks to start anew...

...only to only be able to do one since the other professional asset was GONE.

I'm stressing trying to remember if it were a green or white asset, maybe even a blue. I'm leaning toward green or white though but can't be sure.

Just posting this as a reminder that this bug still exists and people should still continue to be wary. I'm currently starting from the bottom trying to hire and promote/upgrade a white asset since my memory of the previous topics on this said that there would be no "recovery" for this... which is a shame and this certainly sets me back off my groove. Lucky me that it's not a purple lost to the void!

I'd share a screenshot but that's not going to share what was lost exactly, just would show you my set up.

This just happened to me... Accepted all my complete tasks through the gateway, went to start new ones and all 5 slots I was using never returned my profession characters... It's kinda hard working up for 5 blues to only lose them all to a bug.

This also just happened to me. Completed the tasks in-game and two blues just upped and disappeared (two Adventurers)

Try relogging, as I have heard of some people with this issue finding after a relog that their assets weren't actually missing but had been temporarily in limbo or something. Good luck.

I've relogged as well as came back the next day. Still gone. Relogging is not the answer.

And this is the HAMSTER that they sent me:

    << personal communications removed >>

They didn't even read my original ticket. I did not do any of the things listed. I merely collected the items from the tasks that I completed and the assets did not return. This is a bug in the system and a loss of $2.50 of my money as I got these through keys which I paid for.

sorry to hear you're having issues however the only recourse you have is through customer support for in-game issues such as lost items, etc. here in the bug report forums, your issues are logged and added to the long list of bug reports but unless more information is requested from the devs, you won't usually see any responses from PWE staff here. the same goes for reporting bugs in-game. you aren't given a ticket number nor will you get a reply for your report.

support issues, on the other hand, you are given a ticket number and your tickets are trackable on the arcgames.com support page. since personal communications between you and PWE are not postable here on the forums, we have removed that part of your last post, but i would encourage you to reiterate your issue on the ticket you've submitted. i would reply once as spamming support isn't going to work in your favor.

    good luck to you.
