Help - need to block champion online trade chat on neverwinter

For several weeks now, ever since the dawn of trade chat on NW I have also got champion online trade chat and it is driving me nuts.

I have tried several ways to turn it off, but none of these works.

Can someone please fix this for me asap?

You should be able to click the 'gear' icon in chat window, and just un-check the box to the left of the channel name. This works for me- I'm on several channels in CO. It's per character. If it doesn't work for you, you might need help from support guys.

Edit- Oh.. I re-read your post. I have NW trade disabled (same way as listed above.) I had thought Trade channel in CO was user created. If it's built in, then it sounds like it's bugged? Apologies if I've offered unhelpful information.

Actually, that's very helpful. If it's a custom channel, those show up cross-game, unless the user disables them. I think your advice should work.
