Getting error messages from Mail

I have some crafting materials that I have pulled on two alt accounts. I try to keep them all in one place on my main account, this one, so I frequently mail them. This morning I attempted to mail crafting items from both accounts and received the message:

[Error] Error: This message could not be delivered. Either you have been banned from sending mail or this message contained blacklisted text.


I am doing absolutely nothing different from previous mailings and I certainly am not swearing at myself.

have yo done anything at all that would get you banned from communicating with other players? if not you need to ask support for help.

I have the same problem. I use mail only to send items to my other characters.

Nope, I actually have never spoken to anyone or said anything at all in Zone, LFG or any chat on those two different accounts. I have run everything solo and not done any Skirmishes or Dungeon Delves on those two accounts, I only group on my main account.

As a side note, this account purchased both the Hero of the North and Fury of the Feywild packs some time ago but I see I'm still just a PWE user

Actually, this seems to sporadically happen when there are other communication issues in game (see reports of blank friendlists and offline chat) and although the error message is scary, it will go away and you'll be able to mail normally. Wait a bit and try again.
