Friendlist gone, no chats and can't write a ticket!

I logged in to find out my firendlist is gone and that I don't see any conversations on my chat window, in no channel.
Tried to write a ticket then but it doesn't seem to work either, no tickets in the 'my tickets' section.

Same happened to me today. logged off and took it as a sign to get some fresh air. hopefully it will be fine again when i try to log

There've been issues with friendlists lately but they do seem to be self-correcting if you wait it out.

The chatserver seem busy/down sometimes. That occur your problems.
