I've seen lots of complaints about this.
We use F for everything. To pick up stuff off the ground, to break stuff, to open stuff, also to revive fallen allies. And in pvp its used to finish off enemy players. Its also used to interact with other players... trade, inspect, kick them, ect...
A problem happens when you are trying to do any of that and another player shows up at the same time. Often trying to do the same. Now suddenly when you hit F you're getting a menu about the other player instead. Lots of bad things can happen in that menu. And its stopping you from doing whatever you were trying to do.
This is an annoyance. It happens to me. I can watch a stream and see it happen to others. Seems like its something that should be changed. By making the interact with other (non downed) players use a different key.
