Sharandar Abjuring Charm

I've done every mission in Sharandar at least a dozen times, yet have not received one Abjuring Charm. So am stuck and point in doing the missions anymore. Any ideas on how to get them?

Other than the Malabog's Castle Key quest, that I can't do, no place to use it, is there any place in Sharandar that drop them?

You plant seedlings for 3 days to get a key to unlock the Banshee Gate. This allows you to go to the Dark Fey Enclave. Dailies there reward Abjuring Charms, which you use 9 times to get a key to unlock the Moonlight Gate. This allows you to access the Realm of Malabog, where dailies reward the Illyanbruan Blades.

It sounds like you're viewing the campaign interface to know that you need charms, but you haven't followed it completely.

Not entirely wasted effort as the final boons will require 18 seedlings in addition to other items.
